I’ve been in the employee engagement business longer than there has been a universally defined term for employee engagement. In fact, when I started in the field, we just called it, “Please don’t quit!” Or “Would you be willing to start working on your performance goals sooner than a week before your next review?” Or “Some of your coworkers bristle when you refer to them as IDIOTS!”
Last year, my book Manager’s Guide to Employee Engagement came out at the same time that the training program I co-authored, Go Positive: Lead to Engage hit the shelves. I guess you could say that I’m a fanatic on the subject. And even while I’m crossing the country speaking to and consulting with groups on the topic of engagement, I am hungry to learn even more.
That’s where you come in. Would you do me the favor to take about 7 minutes to complete a short survey for me on the subject of employee engagement? I call this my CEO Survey, which stands for Culture & Engagement Opportunities. And if you’re feeling very generous, please share this link with others so I can gather even more information.
Over the next several weeks, I will share the survey findings on my blog. And if you send me a direct message, I would be happy to email you a final summary on all of the survey findings.
Thanks for your help. I’m looking forward to learning from you! Click here to get started!
Best,
Scott
