2.  They know when to stop.

You’ve made your point. If it’s face-to-face, you can tell the listeners get it. If it’s another form of communication, the feedback you’ve received indicates that your message is nearing the saturation point. What’s next? Stop. Discontinue your active campaign, and move your communication into maintenance mode.
